This role involves a mix of client-facing responsibilities, sales acumen, and project oversight to ensure that client needs are accurately translated into actionable development goals.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead Engagement : Engage clients through initial consultations and understand their needs.
  • Requirement Engineering : Collaborate with clients to define their requirements clearly.
  • Proposal Development : Work closely with the development team to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Client Onboarding : Finalize agreements and facilitate the onboarding process to kick-start the project.

2. Project Management :

  • Requirement Translation : Convert client business requirements into clear, actionable development objectives.
  • Stakeholder Alignment : Ensure alignment between client expectations and project goals throughout the development process.
  • Kickoff and Follow-up : Lead kickoff meetings, maintain regular communication with clients, and hold follow-up discussions to keep the project on track.

    What You Bring :

  • A background in computer science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and project management within a software development or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and applications to effectively communicate with both clients and technical teams.
  • Technical knowledge of AI and software development processes to accurately assess client needs and communicate them to the development team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting proposals.
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects successfully.
  • Strong sales skills to negotiate and close deals, with an understanding of the software development life cycle to craft compelling proposals.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues during sales or project phases, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
