Role Description Seeking a truly out-of-the-box-thinker, in the role of a Product Owner / Manager. You will be incharge of our solutions being built, be adaptable and quick to learn our business, users and product.We would like someone that takes extreme ownership; capable of getting things with little information and the chaos of an early-stage startup. Show extreme curiosity : you dig into the "why" of a problem and be excited to truly understand how to innovate the solution. We need someone with a general business acumen : You love both the strategy and the details.In return, you get to feel awesome about helping feed the world, get paid handsomly and a chance for some travel internationally!This is a full-time role for a Product Owner at Craft Tech. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. Specifically, manage the development of a product from start to finish to ensure it meets the needs of the client and the company's vision; as well as act as a liaison between product strategy and development. Some specifics :

• Defining the product vision : Setting the direction for the product and aligning it with the company's vision
• Prioritizing needs : Identifying and prioritizing the client's needs and requirements
• Managing the backlog : Maintaining and updating the product backlog, which is a to-do list of features to develop
• Defining user stories : Writing clear descriptions of the customer's needs so they can be completed within budget
• Running user tests : Gathering initial feedback from clients to make adjustments
• Leading product releases : Planning and leading the release of new product features
• Serving as a product ambassador : Sharing knowledge and answering questions internally and externally
