We’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager who’s obsessed with building meaningful products, someone who doesn’t just “manage” a roadmap but owns outcomes.

At Social Champ , we’re helping marketers manage all their social media in one place — plan, publish, engage, and measure without the chaos. We’re now doubling down on AI workflows , growth levers , and product velocity ; and we need someone to help lead that charge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the roadmap : Define and prioritize what gets built next based on real impact.
• Build for humans, not tickets : Turn customer pain points into elegant, valuable experiences.
• Own the loop : From idea → validation → delivery → insights → iteration. Close it every time.
• Lead the pods : Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering, design, and marketing to ship fast, learn fast.
• Champion outcomes : Focus on activation, retention, and monetization, not just feature releases.
• Play with data : Set up experiments, track metrics, and turn numbers into narratives.
• Bring AI to life : Create AI‑powered features that truly reduce user effort, not just sprinkle buzzwords.
