Product Manager at PakWheels , you will lead one of the product verticals from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to launch products and features that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product vertical lifecycle : research, discovery, planning, requirement gathering, and feature delivery. Conduct in-depth user and market research to inform product direction, supported by competitor analysis and data-driven insights. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, wireframes, and specifications for engineering teams. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company OKRs and customer needs. Define and monitor product success metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, engagement) using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar. Work with marketing and sales to craft compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Create strong documentation : business cases, PRDs, and product strategy decks, including revenue impact and ROI assessments. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and iterating based on user feedback and analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2–3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2C web and mobile product environment. Proven success in managing the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery. Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams with cross-functional stakeholders. Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, Mixpanel, MoEngage, and Hotjar. A strong understanding of digital marketplaces and user behavior. Bonus : Experience with search engine marketing (SEM), performance marketing, or product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
