Pay structure

100% high uncapped commission basis, along with monthly customer account retention payouts creating a substantial source of income. At RidenRoll, we’re looking for A-players, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.

What you'll do

• Work across a territory of strategic clients (and when applicable ad agencies) while prospecting for new accounts that are a strong fit for RidenRoll’s fleet management software and advertising solutions.
• Utilize social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and, TikTok to promote RidenRoll’s services and offerings.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to renewal
• Map client organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on executives, stakeholders, and advocates.
• Develop a positive client experience and foster healthy working relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Research clients’ business objectives and challenges and align RidenRoll’s proven Promo and advertising solutions to accomplish their goals
• Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products / services.
• You will collaborate with RidenRoll’s internal teams to ensure strong client experiences and program performance post-sale.
• Create & promote Facebook & LinkedIn virtual sales events for growth productivity.
