Position Purpose The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee development programs that align with organizational goals and enhance workforce skills. This role ensures the organization has a well-trained, capable, and engaged workforce. Job Description Design, initiate and compile ‘Training Need Assessment’ across the board on annual basis and evaluate during the year requirements of learning. Develop and launch technical and soft skills ‘Annual Training Calendar’ for whole organization keeping in view individual, departmental & organization requirements. Design training strategies that support business objectives and employee career growth. Assess training needs in collaboration with departmental leaders. Measure training effectiveness using assessments and post-training performance reviews. Continuously update content based on feedback and evolving organizational needs. Explore, analyze and avail relevant external opportunities of learning & develop keeping in view TNA and company requirements. Supervise the process of all ‘external learning events’ cases for nominee’s evaluation, relevant approvals, registration and post learning feedback. Drive initiatives to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential talent and create succession plans. Develop and implement advanced leadership programs for future organizational leaders. Develop Internal Pool of ‘Resource Persons’ to utilize the knowledge within the organization to fulfill training requirements. Lead ‘Employee Orientation Program’ at all plants and head office. Capacity development of POCs, provide updated information and coordination for its smooth functioning Lead the ‘Soft Skill Trainings’ of all trainee engineers, DAE & Matriculate Apprentices. Develop and Implement ‘Core Development Program’ & ‘General Development Program’ across the organization to cater the learning requirements at all level as per BCL Competency Framework. Lead the initiatives of online learning interventions and return on investment. Manage the training budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources to maximize impact. Experience and Qualification Masters in HR / MBA HR and should be a “Certified Trainer”. Should be minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR specifically in L&D. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of relating to individual at all levels. Ability to function independently in a multi task environment, as well as part of a team. Able to manage a team. Specific Requirement Travel to all BCL locations and offices extensively
