Senior Lead – People Systems & Development

Engagement : Full-time, on-site
Description :
The Senior Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of people systems, managing performance and talent development programs, and leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Key tasks include designing and implementing HR technology solutions, driving continuous improvement projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee development and optimization of people systems (HRIS, ATS) and related HR technology solutions.
Manage performance management, talent development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Design and implement HR technology solutions; drive continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic goals.
Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience in optimizing and managing HR technology solutions, including HRIS and ATS systems
Strong knowledge in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
Proficiency in data analysis, metrics development, and reporting related to HR practices
Experience in leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in a digital transformation environment is a plus
