Hr Manager

The Incumbent will be responsible to :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of HR functions.
• Plan short, medium, and long-term strategies for practicing in HR development and establish goals.
• Establish proper communication link between staff and department heads on company policies and practices.
• Implement management approved salary grade and structure, review and prepare compensation packages of new recruits.

Job Specification

Strong skills and experience in recruitment / selection techniques.

Ability to develop an HR vision and a strategy aligned with the Business strategy.

Strong skills and experience in people development / management counseling.

Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
