Your Role We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst with a strong foundation in SEO to help drive organic growth through data-backed strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing SEO initiatives that align with broader business goals. You’ll work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO is embedded in everything we publish, supporting both visibility and engagement. Requirements : - Conduct keyword research to guide content and optimization efforts. - Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools. - Optimize on-page elements : metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data. - Support off-page SEO efforts including link-building and outreach. - Create and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio for SEO reporting and insights. - Run technical audits to identify and resolve crawl, index, or site performance issues. - Create reports and dashboards to track key SEO metrics and performance trends. - Collaborate across teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented consistently. - Stay informed on SEO algorithm changes and emerging digital trends. What You Need : - 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing analytics. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SEO tools (e.g., GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). - Familiarity with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices. - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. - Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), basic HTML / CSS knowledge, or exposure to paid media and content marketing.
