Solicit and gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project needs and minimum viable deliverables. Document and assist in analysing business processes and identify areas for improvement, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Develop and maintain process maps and documentation to support project objectives. Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with business goals. What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Familiarity with technology and automation tools. Familiarity with sales processes and workflow. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Preferred Qualifications : Understanding of customer experience strategies and practices.
