Your Role We’re looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing Analytics Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our end-to-end marketing analytics infrastructure. This role involves everything from setting up advanced tracking in Google Tag Manager, managing data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), integrating data across tools like Google Ads, GA4, and Magento, and building insightful dashboards in Looker Studio. You’ll play a key role in enabling our marketing and product teams to make informed, data-backed decisions. Requirements : - Implement robust event tracking, eCommerce tracking, custom dimensions, and conversion goals. - Ensure data collection is accurate, scalable, and compliant with privacy regulations. - Design and maintain data pipelines connecting Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and BigQuery. - Write and optimize SQL queries to transform and model data. - Automate data ingestion using Reporting APIs and scheduled queries. - Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for marketing, product, and growth teams. - Convert marketing goals into measurable KPIs and visual insights. - Identify trends and actionable insights to drive campaign performance. - Analyze and report performance across Google Ads, Search Console, and GA4. - Provide funnel analytics, attribution insights, and campaign optimization support. - Contribute to A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ROI measurement efforts. What You Need : - 3+ years in a marketing analytics or data-focused role. - Hands-on experience with : Google Tag Manager (GTM) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google BigQuery Looker Studio / Google Data Studio Google Ads & Search Console - Strong SQL skills in a BigQuery environment. - Experience with eCommerce platforms. - Solid understanding of UTM strategy, tagging standards, and attribution models. - Exposure to dbt, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
