Knows HR laws and compliance in Pakistan (labor law, contracts, employee rights). Can set up policies and processes from scratch (not copy-paste from the internet or AI). Is comfortable with hiring, onboarding, and managing both onsite and remote teams. Likes solving problems when there’s no ready-made solution. Wants to be part of a startup journey where things change quickly and we learn as we go. What you’ll do

Help us design HR systems that actually work in a recruitment company like ours. Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee records remotely. Keep us compliant with labor law and contracts. Support clients with managing their remote employees. Be our go-to person for people matters — policies, performance, culture, and conflict resolution. What we offer
