Senior Lead Human Resources

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• HR Strategy & Alignment

Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies in line with organizational objectives and in alignment with KSA HR leadership.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

Design and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.

Manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and promotion cycles in accordance with group guidelines.

Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS management, and personnel administration.

Drive organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

Oversee facilities management to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environments across all office locations nationwide.

MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
