HR Associate

Location : Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi (Onsite, Full-time)

Timings : Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Salary : PKR 40,000 – 45,000 (depending on skills)

What we need

• Knows HR laws and compliance in Pakistan (labor law, contracts, employee rights).
• Can set up policies and processes from scratch (not copy-paste from the internet or AI).
• Is comfortable with hiring, onboarding, and managing both onsite and remote teams.
• Likes solving problems when there’s no ready-made solution.
• Wants to be part of a startup journey where things change quickly and we learn as we go.
