Position

Accounting Trainee — Karachi

We are seeking an energetic, independent, and detail-oriented Accounting Trainee to join our Contour office in Karachi. This is a 3-month paid trainee program that can potentially convert to full-time employment based on performance.

What You Will Learn

• Able to perform accounting and bookkeeping as per International Accounting Standards
• Able to perform daily bank reconciliations for all the businesses and audit for any fraudulent transactions
• Learn how to use Microsoft Great Plains as an Accounting Software and its reporting tools
• Learn how to use BPC as a corporate reporting tool
• Learn how to account for multi-foreign exchange currencies and how they impact operations
• Opportunity to expand responsibilities into other domains such as intercompany transaction reconciliation and head office expense allocations
