The Accounting Associate will support the Finance team in managing daily accounting operations, client reconciliations, marketplace reporting, and inventory‑related accounting processes. This role requires attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• B2B Client Management
• Record daily sales and apply client payments accurately in the ERP system.
• Communicate daily with B2B clients regarding renewal authorizations for phone lines.
• Reconcile client balances with internal records at month‑end.
• Perform any other tasks related to client account management as assigned.
• Marketplace & Data Management
• Export and organize marketplace data in the prescribed Excel format.
• Record marketplace transactions in ERP at month‑end.
• Prepayment & Expense Management
• Manage amortization schedules for prepaid expenses and insurance via Google Sheets.
• Record monthly amortization entries in ERP.
• Payments & Tax Filings
• Apply payments to device invoices on a daily basis.
• Perform weekly in‑house tax filings and record them in ERP.
• Inventory & Cost Management
• Collaborate with the Inventory Associate to :
• Create purchase orders and record receivers.
• Upload B2C device invoices from the database.
• Ensure accurate Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping in ERP.
• Verify correct weighted average cost for each device.
• Reconcile the daily movement sheet from logistics with system records.
• Review Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger for B2B month‑end closing.
• Other Duties
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by senior members of the Finance team.
