Job Purpose

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the annual planning and documentation of Management Monitoring (L1s) and Independent Business Monitoring (L2s), including KPIs reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective controls performance and compliance with the Master Control Framework.
  • Assist in providing risk management support to the hub and Local Operating Company (LOC) teams to ensure risk mitigation, root cause analysis and controls remediation.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Learn and apply accounting standards and practices in real‑world scenarios.
  • Participate in training and development programs to build your expertise.

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Enrolment in ACCA (Finalist or Affiliate) or a similar professional qualification program.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (Data Analytics certification preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Preferred Qualification

  • Prior internship or work experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance or Accounting.
  • Familiarity with risk management and financial systems / tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organization.
