Job Purpose

Responsibilities

Assist in the annual planning and documentation of Management Monitoring (L1s) and Independent Business Monitoring (L2s), including KPIs reporting.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective controls performance and compliance with the Master Control Framework.
Assist in providing risk management support to the hub and Local Operating Company (LOC) teams to ensure risk mitigation, root cause analysis and controls remediation.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Learn and apply accounting standards and practices in real‑world scenarios.
Participate in training and development programs to build your expertise.

Basic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Enrolment in ACCA (Finalist or Affiliate) or a similar professional qualification program.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (Data Analytics certification preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualification

Prior internship or work experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance or Accounting.

Familiarity with risk management and financial systems / tools.

Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Interest in continuous learning and professional development.

Passion for contributing to a purpose‑driven organization.
