About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy machinery sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive results through effective team management. Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales deals across Pakistan. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed the annual sales targets in Pakistan. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for decision-making. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in heavy machinery within the Pakistan market. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills. Valid driving license is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Willingness to travel within Pakistan.
