Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager in Human Resources to join our call center team. The successful candidate will support HR functions, ensure compliance, and contribute to maintaining a positive work culture within the call center. The Assistant Manager HR will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR policies, recruit and retain talent, and foster a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
Identify training needs and coordinate programs for employees.
Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies.
Support employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
