Overview

Job Title : Senior Recruiter Location : Remote Role Type : Full-Time +10 GMT (9-5 Mon-Fri) We are Reef, an offshore talent agency building complete sales teams for growing companies. We need a specialist sales recruiter to scale our talent operations and drive 10 placements per week using our AI-powered recruitment systems. This role involves sourcing, assessing, and placing SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, and VAs. You’ll leverage automated screening systems while focusing on high-value candidate assessment and building a pipeline of top talent. You’ll work your preferred hours with full autonomy to shape our recruitment processes, directly supporting our growth through superior talent placement.

Responsibilities

Source, assess, and place sales professionals (SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, and VAs).

Drive 10 placements per week using AI-powered recruitment systems.

Leverage automated screening and high-value candidate assessment to build a strong pipeline.

Shape and optimize recruitment processes with autonomy, aligned to company growth objectives.

Qualifications

Essential Experience

3+ years of specialist sales recruitment; offshore talent placement preferred

Performance-based hiring expertise with proven ability to assess B2B sales capability

ATS and recruitment automation experience; comfortable with high-volume, technology-assisted processes

Sales knowledge with understanding of SDR / BDR / AE functions and appointment-setting capability

Technical Requirements

Strong understanding of Western business communication standards

Experience with sales-focused candidate assessment methodologies

Knowledge of international employment compliance requirements

Excellent English communication skills

Reliable internet, suitable equipment, and a quiet working environment

Working Style
