The responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a list of qualified candidates for various marketing roles, reducing time-to-hire, and ensuring we attract the best professionals. You will build a strong full cycle recruiting pipeline. This is a completely remote position, working hours will be aligned with the United States time zone. Must be fluent in English, both in speaking and writing Experience working remotely 2-3 years of recruiting experience preferred Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques Familiar with job boards, social media platforms, and advanced recruitment tools Create and post job listings on various internet sites and the internal website Assist in recruiting for different positions, including sourcing, pre-screening, conducting interviews, and referring qualified candidates for further steps in the recruitment process Maintain updated recruiting databases and candidate files Location : Atlanta, United States
