Softoo is looking for a
Senior Technical Recruiter
to lead our talent acquisition efforts and help us attract top technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, QA, DevOps, etc.). Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring both technical and cultural fit. Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency). Strong knowledge of tech stacks and market trends. Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company. Why Softoo?
