Overview
Softoo is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts and help us attract top technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).Strong knowledge of tech stacks and market trends.Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.Why Softoo?
