We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage and execute the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and presenting top talent for technical and non-technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define and meet hiring needs. Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and salary negotiations. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed & Rozee and social media to identify top technical talent. Collaborate with Technical Managers and the HR Manager to align on role requirements and hiring strategies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities. Stay updated with changing market trends and adapt recruitment approaches accordingly. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions. Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience). 2+ years of proven IT / Technical recruitment experience. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of technical domains such as MERN stack, React Native, CMS platforms, QA methodologies, and design tools like Figma. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work culture. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
