We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 5 years of experience in technical hiring from a global software company. He / She can attract candidates using various sources like social media networks and referrals and ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. What You Will Be Doing :

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, social media etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications as per the job descriptions and assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes mentioned in the resume to match it with the job descriptions Conduct interviews as per the process approved by the company Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company’s core values i.e. “Passionate, Progressive and Professional” What We Are Looking For :

5+ years of relevant working experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.) Hands on experience with various selection processes (Phone screening, HR Interviews, reference check etc.) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and decision-making skills What we are offering?
