Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Python and a passion for learning and applying modern AI / ML technologies. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants to work on real-world AI-driven projects, contribute to model development and integration, and grow into a well-rounded AI / ML engineer. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and data scientists, participate in discussions on AI system design, and receive mentorship while contributing to building scalable, efficient, and maintainable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI / ML application development
• Support in designing, coding, training, and debugging AI / ML models and applications using Python and related libraries
• Contribute to data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
• Collaborate in integrating AI models into applications and existing systems, ensuring performance optimization, scalability, and usability
• Assist in testing and validating models to ensure accuracy and robustness
• Work with senior engineers and data scientists to experiment with new algorithms and techniques
• Document model performance, experiments, and workflows to support reproducibility
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into AI / ML solutions
