Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Manager to help us grow our international client base. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new B2B clients from English-speaking markets seeking offshore software development services.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, cold calling, and digital channelsDevelop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies.Understand client requirements and propose tailored software development solutions.Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.)Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.Manage and close deals through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing.Consistency in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, and reporting.Attend industry webinars, virtual conferences, and networking events to promote the company.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field0–1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industryExcellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setupAbility to understand technical offerings and translate them into business valueFamiliarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM / sales toolsSelf-starter with a hunter mindset, high energy, and strong work ethicNice to Have
Proven track record of winning international clients (especially from US, UK, Canada, or Australia)Prior experience in a software services agency or offshore development companyKnowledge of modern tech stacks, Agile methodology, SaaS, AI, DevOps, and CloudWhat We Offer
