Platform Compliance Associate

Overview

We are looking for a Platform Compliance Associate to help ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of our platform. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about working at the intersection of technology, user experience, and compliance.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Legal, and Design teams to help ensure our platform meets internal standards, user expectations, and basic regulatory requirements. This role offers hands-on exposure to compliance processes, quality assurance practices, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Platform Compliance Support : Assist in maintaining platform compliance documentation and records for internal and external audits.
• Support monitoring activities for data protection, accessibility, and security compliance.
• Help track compliance tasks and follow up with cross-functional teams.
• Quality Assurance Assistance : Work with QA teams to help validate functionality, performance, and compliance through manual checks.
• Document issues, test cases, and compliance checkpoints in product workflows.
• Assist in release readiness reviews to ensure basic compliance requirements are met.
• User Experience & Accessibility Support : Collaborate with Product and Design teams to integrate compliance checks into user flows.
• Support usability testing activities with a focus on accessibility and regulatory adherence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to close compliance gaps.
• Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries for leadership updates.
