As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
