HR Recruiter

to join our growing team and help source top-tier talent for a wide range of industries, from logistics and manufacturing to general labor and skilled trades. What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in roles such as forklift operators, machine operators, and general labor positions.

Candidate Experience : Build and manage strong candidate pipelines. Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Marketing : Craft compelling job ads and distribute them across leading job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks.

Onboarding Support : Guide successful candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with employment standards and company policies.

Data & Reporting : Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, job placements, and recruitment activities using internal systems.

Market Intelligence : Monitor hiring trends, labor market shifts, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or certification in HR, recruitment, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum

2 years of recruitment experience , ideally within a staffing agency or similar environment

Fluent in

English

(spoken and written); multilingual candidates are a plus

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

Proficient with MS Office tools; experience using ATS or recruitment software is a plus

Understanding of labor laws and compliance (an asset, not required)
