Associate Technical Recruiter

BarqDev is hiring a Associate Technical Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience to help hire top technical and non-technical talent. Strong communication and assessment skills are a must! Key Responsibilities :

• Support the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work independently to identify, assess, and hire the right talent.
• Collaborate with team leads to define role requirements and draft JDs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Use the ATS to manage and track hiring workflows efficiently.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates.
• Stay informed about tech hiring trends and market insights. Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA or a related field.
• At least 06 months of experience in recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and terms (programming languages, frameworks, tools).
• Hands on experience with recruitment platforms, ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
