BarqDev is hiring a Associate Technical Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience to help hire top technical and non-technical talent. Strong communication and assessment skills are a must! Key Responsibilities :
- Support the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work independently to identify, assess, and hire the right talent.
- Collaborate with team leads to define role requirements and draft JDs.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Use the ATS to manage and track hiring workflows efficiently.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates.
- Stay informed about tech hiring trends and market insights. Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA or a related field.
- At least 06 months of experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and terms (programming languages, frameworks, tools).
- Hands on experience with recruitment platforms, ATS and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
