About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruiting team and help us place sources and hire candidates faster. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, doing the first-round screening for applicants, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a sustainable long-term pipeline for our company's current and future roles.

What you\'ll be doing

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create JDs and assessments based on the requirements of the role
• Screen applicants through video interviews and create interview kits
• Nurture pre-existing candidates in the database to ensure our pool of candidates is well maintained
• Develop your personal profile and brand through LinkedIn and other social media to promote the company and attract potential candidates
• Maintain the ATS with up-to-date information and ensure all our SOPs are being followed
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
