Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business needs and requirements. Process Improvement : Analyze existing workflows, systems, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions. Data-Driven Insights : Use

business intelligence tools

and analytical techniques to interpret data, create comprehensive reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Project Management & Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure that solutions align with business goals and are delivered on time and within scope. Documentation & Reporting : Create clear, concise, and detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams. Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating complex business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. Qualifications & Skills

Education : A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Experience : Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. Experience with

Agile methodology

and project management is a strong plus. Technical Proficiency : Strong command of data analysis and

data visualization tools , such as

Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI , or similar platforms. Core Competencies :

Exceptional

analytical and problem-solving skills . Outstanding verbal and written

communication skills . Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
