- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements through user stories, functional specs, and process flows.
- Design and improve business processes in ServiceNow, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation for efficiency.
- Partner with developers to validate solutions, support configurations, and participate in UAT.
- Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Develop training materials, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing support.
