Job descriptionExcellent spoken English (must-have). Confident communication and persuasive skills. Previous telesales, call center, or business development experience preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional. Laptop + reliable internet connection. Base salary : PKR 70,000 – 120,000 / month (depending on experience). Attractive commissions on successful sales. Opportunity to work with an international team. Growth and long-term career potential. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or outbound calling role. Exceptional verbal communication skills in English. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads.
- Work in Australian business hours (AEST).
- Communicate in clear, fluent, and professional English at all times.
- Manage CRM, follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records.
- Book meetings, handle objections, and support sales closure.
