The role requires the prospective employee to have fluency in American English and be able to confidently communicate through phone calls and Zoom meetings. What we’re looking for… Ambitious and outgoing individuals who are interested in building a career as an outside sales representative within the freight forwarding and customs brokerage industry. Ability to confidently speak fluent American English. Ability to build relationships and be confident in presenting information to prospective customers on the company's customs brokerage and freight forwarding services during phone calls and Zoom meetings. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM software. Industry-based relevant training will be provided. Uncapped Commission This is a salaried plus commission-based position. Job Specification

About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned) : Seeking new customers through cold calling, email marketing, and various sales techniques. Building and maintaining a customer base by servicing existing customers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and email marketing platform. Effectively use these tools to achieve monthly quotas set by sales management. Be available to work remotely 9 am to 5 pm EDT (USA time).
