Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers introducing them to our products and services, generating and managing leads, providing customer support and service, and achieving sales targets within a specified deadline. Qualifications : 2-3 years of experience in telesales or a related sales / customer service role. Proven experience in cold calling and successfully closing sales targets. Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills with experience in resolving queries and complaints. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and successful sales strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Salary :
