Sales Executive

Job Description :

We are FJS International Consultants located in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi. Currently seeking passionate and dedicated Sales Executive and Customer Services Representative to handle inbound / Outbound calls regarding customer inquiries for tourism department. If you're a detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities :

Inbound / Outbound Call Handling : Take inbound / Outbound calls from customers inquiring about travel, and other services we offer.

Customer Assistance : Resolve customer concerns, guide them through the complete process, and assist with any issues related to any service they facing.

High-Quality Service : Deliver excellent customer service by staying patient, professional, and friendly during all interactions.

Meeting Targets : Consistently meet performance goals and weekly targets

What We’re Looking For :

Previous At least 1 year of experience in a call center or as Sales Executive.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

A proactive approach to handling customer queries and complaints

Education :

Intermediate / Bachelor's (Prefered)

Experience :

Call center or Sales Executive : 1 year (Preferred)

Language :

English and Urdu (Required)
