Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, promoting effective communication and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Execution : Assist in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals. Support the execution of projects according to established plans.
• Agile Facilitation : Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Foster collaboration and communication within the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communication and Reporting : Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent delays or roadblocks. Collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
