Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress Ensuring all Scrum events are positive, productive, and within the timebox Assisting the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Backlog management Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear Product Backlog items Supporting the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum adoption Planning and advising on Scrum implementations within the organization Enabling employees and stakeholders to understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work Using Scrum development processes, with the ability to adapt methodologies according to project needs Requirements

BA / BS / MBA degree or equivalent work experience Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment Expertise in implementing Agile Scrum practices Exceptional oral & written communication skills.
