Job Description

• Facilitate and guide the Scrum team's adoption of Agile principles and scrum practices.
• Create a self-organizing and self-empowered team which isn't dependent on management for functional decisions.
• Ensure transparency by maintaining accurate and up-to-date Agile artifacts, such as sprint backlog, velocity & burndown charts.
• Organize and ensure effectiveness of Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and help the team overcome obstacles that may hinder their progress.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between the developers, QAs, product owner, and external stakeholders to deliver high quality products.
• Help the team identify and push team to address issues related to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and productivity.
• Create individual relationships with each team member. Have an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
• Push team members to accomplish their career growth plans.
• Successful onboarding of the new teammates during the probation period.
