Junior Project Manager

Overview

About The Role : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with a solid understanding of how software systems are built and how they function. This role is designed for someone who has 6 months of project management exposure and is eager to expand their skills in handling end-to-end project coordination, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work under the guidance of senior project managers, focusing primarily on project management practices rather than being trained in basic software development concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are met.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Support in identifying project risks and escalating issues to senior PMs.
• Monitor task progress in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings when needed.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Communicate updates effectively with clients and internal teams.
