Project Manager

Position : Project Manager Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Fintech or related fields.

PMP certification is mandatory, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.

Strong expertise in project reporting, including status updates, risk assessments, and progress tracking.

Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, and reports.

Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication among clients, teams, and upper management.

Ability to manage project resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to meet objectives.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations is an asset.

Experience working in outsourced environments or managing projects with third-party vendors.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments.

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.

Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide project teams.

Advanced problem-solving skills and proactive risk management.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).

Strong analytical skills for monitoring project metrics and deliverables.

Ability to ensure high-quality project reporting, maintaining transparency and accountability.
