Project Manager

As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as collaborate with other departments for support. Key Responsibilities : Design and apply appropriate project management standards for incorporation. Manage the production of the required deliverables. Plan and monitor the project. Prepare and maintain project, stage, and exception plans as required. Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans. Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning, and control of the project. Manage project administration. Prepare any follow-on action recommendations. Qualifications : Work experience in Optical Fiber. Good communication skills with lower staff. Ability to hire or fire labor depending on site requirements. Experience in Telecom related projects.
