Project Manager

Job Description

I am looking for a recent graduate or someone with 2-3 years of experience.

Must-have skills : Excellent proficiency in Excel and PDF editing, strong analytical skills, and good communication skills in English.

This is a work-from-home position, working 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), approximately from 5 PM to 3 AM (schedule may be readjusted as needed).

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to :

• Bid comparison for materials, subcontractors, etc.
• Follow-ups with materials and contractors via email and phone calls
• Creating work schedules and material schedules using Excel / MS Project
• Cost analysis
• Drawing, BOQ, and quantities take-off
• Assisting with communication tasks related to finance, credit card billing, tax returns, and daily work issues
• Communicating over the phone with US-based contacts for material procurement and subcontractor follow-ups
• Managing personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements, ticket bookings, hotel reservations, etc.
• Real estate research for lands or homes in the US

Training will be provided; we are looking for an analytical and energetic individual, not necessarily experienced.

The employment will start with a probation period of 1 to 3 months, after which performance will be reviewed.
