Job description
We are looking for Unit Managers for our Rawalpindi Office. The applicant must be qualified and have sales experience.
The primary responsibility of the Unit Manager (UM) is to increase sales and meet targets, ensuring that sales agents are making sales.
The Unit Manager (UM) is also responsible for hiring sales agents. The UM searches for and interviews potential candidates, then onboards recruits with industry and company policy training.
Experienced candidates will be given preference; however, fresh candidates with higher studies are encouraged to apply.
Adamjee Life has introduced Window Takaful Operations in 2016 after receiving a grant of operations for the commencement of Window Takaful Operations from SECP, deeming us eligible for providing Shariah Compliant products and services.
