Job description
  • Guests (Customer) complaints management reporting to the higher management, comment cards compliance and followup calls to the guests.
  • Daily review / check of product quality, product presentation and reporting quality assurance on daily basis.
  • Staff Management includes; Attendance, staff leave, advances record, hiring of right person of right job, staff documentation, staff personnel files, and staff vaccinations.
  • Ensure compliance of Health and Safety of Guests and Staff within the premises.
  • Daily inspection of outlets, maintaining checklist, variance report of FOH and BOH, POS inspection.
  • Control operational cost of outlets, introducing new ways of cost cutting and cost effective plans.
  • Monthly reporting of outlet operations, (Outlet’s Monthly Closing).
  • Implementation and compliance of company policies and protocols.
  • Upselling targets and achieving them on monthly basis.
  • Training and development of FOH and BOH staff.
