Job description
Guests (Customer) complaints management reporting to the higher management, comment cards compliance and followup calls to the guests.
Daily review / check of product quality, product presentation and reporting quality assurance on daily basis.
Staff Management includes; Attendance, staff leave, advances record, hiring of right person of right job, staff documentation, staff personnel files, and staff vaccinations.
Ensure compliance of Health and Safety of Guests and Staff within the premises.
Daily inspection of outlets, maintaining checklist, variance report of FOH and BOH, POS inspection.
Control operational cost of outlets, introducing new ways of cost cutting and cost effective plans.
Monthly reporting of outlet operations, (Outlet’s Monthly Closing).
Implementation and compliance of company policies and protocols.
Upselling targets and achieving them on monthly basis.
Training and development of FOH and BOH staff.
