Job Description : As our Head of Growth , you will own the strategy and execution of our growth marketing efforts across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and retention. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value while balancing efficiency and scale. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities :

• Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Analyze growth metrics, conduct A / B tests, and iterate on strategies based on performance data.

Lead / develop a growth team including specialists in paid media, retention, and analytics.

Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to scale marketing efficiency.
