To maintain Company and 3rd party aircraft in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule using approved methods and procedures. MAIN DUTIES
Carry out all routine and non-routine maintenance of GF aircraft within the scope of the approval (including A&C and Avionics) as applicable. Carry out all routine and non-routine maintenance on third party aircraft for which the jobholder is holding type approval (including A&C and Avionics) as applicable. Ensure on-time departures of these aircraft upon completion of relevant routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks. Perform duties as necessary to meet schedule changes at short notice by accompanying aircraft for routine and non-routine maintenance. Travel when required for aircraft recovery during AOG situations and as a flying spanner to handle pre-departure checks for GF and other third parties. Responsible for maintaining the bonded store, office, and ensuring a clean, tidy, and serviceable environment. Maintain station Manuals / Technical Publications up-to-date as per Company requirements. Keep the station "impress" system up-to-date and coordinate with Gulf Air Technical Material Department for replenishment of materials shortages. Ensure accurate and timely debriefs of station messages to Maintenance Control Centre regarding aircraft departure, technical delays, defect rectifications, ADDs / MDDs raised, and ETS during prolonged technical delays. Deputize for the Station Engineer when needed. Experience
Minimum five years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 3 years as a certifying engineer. Qualifications
Must hold an Aircraft Engineer License recognized by the Authority and Gulf Air Technical Quality Department, with experience on at least one aircraft type. About Application Process
